2014 Parade Route

Out with the old…in with the… ok, we do things small, including change.  This year's route is the same as last year's. BUT we do plan on having a police escort this time <ahem> if Joe Biden stays away that is.     Wee've decided to roll THIS year instead of 2104. Nola can't wait that long, and the Bywater will require boats by then.
