City moves ‘tit Rex parade to Sunday Feb. 17

The politically pointed, adult shoe-box parade will also take place on Sunday instead of Saturday as it has in past years. 2019 Date & Time Changes

A not so small change has occurred regarding when we roll next year and into the future. The City of New Orleans has mandated that all downtown parades that have rolled on our original weekend can no longer roll then due to a strain on resources/conflict with the uptown parades. We’ve been told that the police can not manage both downtown and uptown parades concurrently. We fought hard to keep our Saturday but in the
