2014 Parade Route

Out with the old…in with the… ok, we do things small, including change.  This year's route is the same as last year's. BUT we do plan on having a police escort this time <ahem> if Joe Biden stays away that is.     Wee've decided to roll THIS year instead of 2104. Nola can't wait that long, and the Bywater will require boats by then.

Rex Pushes Krewe To Change Name

[youtube hl8cFV1oM0I] Published on Sep 13, 2011 The King of Carnival is battling it out with the smallest of krewes over the name "rex." Tit-Rex, originally known as Petit Rex, started as a Bywater marching group. However, the rex organization wants them to change the name.
